Our ground buffalo meat is available by the pound or as patties.
All buffalo meat from Tiensvold Farms is certified organic. Our farm is located on the western edge of the Nebraska sandhills and in the southern shadows of the Black Hills of South Dakota.
Buffalo are a naturally hearty animal, having thrived on the North American Continent for thousands of years. We use no implants or growth stimulants and feed only organically grown hay and grains grown on our farm.

This is excellent eating! It was about $2 a pound less expensive than the local market! This works well as a substitute for ground beef in many recipes and is much healthier. By choosing this lean meat, you avoid toxins (present in fatty meats) and decrease cholesterol at the same time. All without diminishing flavor!
